ACTION

Automated retrieval work with Python-based GUI automation.

AFTER

Reduced manual work, shortened operation time, and stabilized daily execution. In addition, work time was reduced from 30 to 15 minutes per day, equivalent to about 330 minutes saved per month.

Agency Management
Efficiency Support

Manufacturing and Trading Companies with Multiple Agencies
BEFORE

Because communication with agencies relied on Excel and paper, tracking orders, billing, and progress took time.

ACTION

Built a cloud-based core system to unify new agency registration, bulk agency notices, user management, ordering, product registration, and billing. To prevent opportunity loss from a DX perspective, orders from agencies are linked with LINE for immediate confirmation.

AFTER

Operations now allow immediate confirmation of agency orders, and the opportunity loss rate improved from 15% to 0% (15-point improvement).

Data Utilization for
Labor-Saving Machines

BEFORE

They wanted to use machine sensor data, but there was no mechanism for data collection and visualization.

ACTION

Connected PLC and PC over a local LAN and built a data collection foundation.

AFTER

Then developed and implemented visualization software and connected it to practical on-site operations. Data analysis is now possible, while data utilization has not yet been implemented.

Developed a portable power monitoring device and built a framework for 24-hour measurement.

Made acquired data accessible from other PCs via SSH connection, making visualization operations easier to run.
